Background

The Bank has extensively deployed PeopleSoft HCM, and recently upgraded to v9.

A new work stream has been established to move all UK and Ireland pensioners and employees on to PeopleSoft Global Payroll. A pilot will be undertaken with UK pensioners, and then the service will be rolled out to all staff and remaining pensioners by April 2010.

IT Bites are delighted to advise that they have been appointed Programme Managers and will work with consultants and permanent staff on this exciting project.

Deliverables

1. Develop project plans that will enable the successful implementation

2. Provide real-life implementation experience into various strategies that will be developed and will then underpin the project

3. Ongoing management of work streams; status report; issue and risk management etc

Delivery

The project is due to be fully live by April 2010, so please return for further updates.

As at Christmas 2008, the project is on track to deliver first phase Pensioner payroll (50,000+ payees) in the summer of 2009.
