Background

This project, due to go live in November of 2004, saw the purchase of IT Bites Global Payroll End User Support Pack.

British American Tobacco are implementing v8.8

Deliverables

1. An End User Training Course comprising 12 lessons representing BAT usage of the Global Payroll application

2. A Processing Guide documenting in excess of 115 transactions that BAT will process in the live operation.

Delivery

IT Bites assumed complete responsibility for adaptation of both the Training Course and the Procedures Guide, which were completed within 6 weeks by June 2004. Since then, the training course has been delivered twice to payroll users to prepare them for their role in UAT and Parallel running.
